Hello,
I am a resident in the Sundance Springs subdivision. I support the
appeal filed by our subdivision regarding the proposed commercial
development on South 3rd. The city of Bozeman is once again,
disregarding the Master Plan for Sundance Springs subdivision. The
master plan is clear on what is allowed for commercial developments
and this new plan does not follow the guidelines. It also does not follow
the 2025 City of Bozeman guidelines for development. The blatant
disregard for master plans of residential areas is turning our
neighborhoods into a jumbled mess of commercial and residential
development.
If you actually visit this site, it is difficult to imagine how this new
planned development will fit on this small lot without impacting
neighborhood parking, snow removal, or have any room for
landscaping.
Please deny this latest proposed commercial development application.
