As a residents of Sundance Springs, we are opposed to the commissions approval of this latest
development plan for lot 2, Sundance Springs Neighborhood Services. The second applicationcontinues to violate the Sundance Springs PUD, its Master Plan and City development codes
and regulations. Please reverse your approval of this application.Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
