I support special elections to fill vacancies. I don't know a single Bozeman resident who
agrees with appointment (except the current council members). Why is this even up for consideration? Why? Please give me one good reason (and don't say
cost). This is not a communist regime. This is America. We vote for our leaders.
If 12 or more months remain in a term, the seat must be filled by the voters, not byappointment.
Please, listen to the people.
