ESTABLISHMENT WATERING WILL REQUIRE UP TO TWICE AS MUCH IRRIGATION FOR A FOURTO SIX WEEK PERIOD. THE DESIGN IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING PROJECTED WEEKLY APPLICATION RATES AFTER ESTABLISHMENT. THESEFIGURES ARE BASED ON A 30-YEAR AVERAGE WEATHER DATA AND WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED DUE TO SEASONAL CHANGES AND WEATHERCONDITIONS ABOVE OR BELOW THE AVERAGE VALUES UTILIZED.3.EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION - IT IS THE INTENT OF THIS DESIGN THAT ALL IRRIGATION EQUIPMENT BE INSTALLED WITHIN PROPERTY LIMITSAND WITHIN LANDSCAPED AREAS.
