CONCURRENT CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS

1. Any required on-sife or directly adjacent exlensions of water mains, sewer mains, stormwaCer 5ysC2m, or sTreets to �e
dedicatetl [o the public:
• Must he loca[ed entirely within publicly held easements or rights-of-way
• Must serve only a sin�le lo[
• P,re fhe subject of an irrevocable offer o` dedicatlon to the city upon completion uf (he project
• The development is under the control or` a single developer wno must recain control of thz zntire project untll final
completion
• All v�ork is under the supervision o� a single general contractor
• No subdivision of Iand is involved
