Community Development Block Grant
Administration Workshop
The Montana Department of Commerce’s Community Development Block Grant
Program will hold a virtual grant administration workshop on Feb. 10 and 11. This
workshop will offer valuable insight on administering a CDBG project award and
managing a successful project to completion. The workshop is for those who will be
administering and managing CDBG Public and Community Facilities and Economic
Development projects.
The two-day workshop will be available virtually through Zoom. It will be recorded and
available on our website at a later date. There are separate Zoom links for each day.
CDBG Administration Workshop Schedule:
Feb. 10:
Getting Started: 9-10 a.m.
Environmental Review: 10-11 a.m.
Procurement: 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Feb. 11:
Labor Standards: 9-10 a.m.
Request for Reimbursement: 10-11 a.m.
Monitoring and Closeout: 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
