This is a letter of written confirmation that NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy does not need
a utility easement along the frontage of the property with a legal description of Parcel 1 & 2 in Block A of
Rouse’s Section Addition located in Section 7, Township 2 South, Range 6 East, P.M.M., Gallatin County,
Montana. The alleyway ROW will be sufficient for our services.
