THE HIGHEST OF THE SEISMIC DESIGN CATEGORIES FROM THE TWO TABLES IS THE CATEGORY ASSIGNED GEOTECHNICAL (SOILS) SITE-SPECIFIC GEOTECHNICAL ANALYSIS REQUIRED AT PERMIT APPLICATION FINAL OBSERVATION REPORT SUBMITTED PRIOR TO FOOTING INSPECTION 2021 IBC BASIC DESIGN CRITERIA BLOWER DOOR TESTING REQMT: 1.CITY OF BOZEMAN REQUIRES 25% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF UNITS TO BE TESTED ON EACH UNIT TYPES AND VARIED LOCATIONS IN THE BUILDING(S) 2.THIS IS A LIHTC PROJECT THAT PER THE QUALIFIED ALLOCATION PLAN, IN THE STATE OF MONTANA REQUIRES 50% OF THE UNITS TO BE BLOWER DOOR TESTED.
