1. Eliminate the Deputy Mayor role
2,Commissions Size should be reduced to leaders who want to serve , just like the planningBoard
3 Commisioners should be elected officials via special election representing 7 Wards4.Commissioners should no more than 2yr tern
5.Elections should they stay focused on local issues!!!
6. all officials should be elected officials not just Joe-Bobs good friend!
