Good evening,
I am writing in response to the Rocky mountain flats project and the pressure it will put on not only the meadow
creek neighborhood but the south side of bozeman as well.
First, as a resident of bozeman and live in the direct area of this development, there has not been proper notification
of this project to the neighborhood. There are many factors to consider with this development coming in.
First, Between the number of units, lack of parking, and the increased traffic to the neighboring areas, this will
devastate the quality of life in the area and potentially dangerous.
Second, The height of most of the buildings. This will change the areas’ character
And also reflect on the character of bozeman.
Third, More polluted air from vehicles, as well as overall noise and light pollution.
I hope there can be some valuable changes made to this project to help keep the integrity of the neighborhood but
for Bozeman on the whole.
