Greeting City Commissioners,
I am a resident of the neighborhood adjacent to the proposed development "Rocky Mountain
Flats". Not only do I oppose the annexation and development of this property, but the cityfailed our community when it allowed the "small city" of Buffalo Run to take hold right at the
urban and rural interface. These developments are not appropriate for this location, and inparticular with the density that Buffalo Run was permitted to build. They lack safe bike routes,
public transportation access and perpetuate sprawl. It saddens and angers me that ourcommissioners continue to allow unsustainable building practices with lack of consideration
for our urban forest, native vegetation and current infrastructure.
