Dear Bozeman City Commissioners,
Have you completely lost your minds? Allowing an "Affordable Housing" development inthe location on Fowler Road is wretchedly despicable. For a number of reasons. It makes
absolutely no sense whatsoever. For the poor folks that may move there they will be strandedin an area that has no walkability to anything like schools, grocery stores, health care etc.
There is no community transportation anywhere in the area. So, the folks that would be livingthere would need two vehicles to get to work and you are only allowing 0.75 parking spaces
for each unit, really? That's insane! And this to say nothing of how it is grossly incongruouswith the surrounding and established neighborhood. I for one cannot support this development
whatsoever. Please reconsider you approach to this by getting the mental health assistanceyou apparently need.
