HomeMy WebLinkAboutADDENDUM No. 2ADDENDUM No. 2 BOZEMAN PUBLIC SENIOR CENTER ELEVATOR RENOVATION NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS The Contract Specifications and Construction Drawings are hereby modified as follows, and in submitting his/her bid, each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda, which will become part of the Contract Documents according to the requirements outlined in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Questions will no longer be accepted or addressed following issuance of Addendum No. 2. CLARIFICATIONS: 1) Question: Is the contractor responsible for securing the building permit a. Answer: We have submitted the initial paperwork and paid the City plan review fees. The contractor will be responsible for paying the permit fees themselves. 2) Question: Sheet S2.2 calls for installation of a double layer of 5/8 Type-X GWB at the roof screen area. Some GWB appears to be present in the roof screen area already.
a. Answer: Include installation of two new layers of 5/8” Type-X GWB as required in the plans in your bid. CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT: ITEM 1: Add fire alarm pull station as shown on the revised sheet E1.1

Addendum with the Bid.
