I'm writing as a homeowner in Meadow Creek. This application (25296) is despicable -- it's
become typical Bozeman however -- this is too many units and too tall housing to be alongsidesingle family 2 story homes. I think the City of Bozeman is excessively overbuilding in our
neighborhoods across town with no care for the character of Bozeman, whether that is tocreate excessively tall buildings in the historic district or to create overly dense apartment
living next to R1 zoned homes and in places where we should be preserving agricultural land.In addition, we know that Bozeman isn't even filling the current housing, and seems to just be
selling Bozeman off to often out of state developers who don't care about anything beyondmaking lots of money.
