Dear Community Development Board members-
I am writing in support of the Story Mill Annexation and ZMA with the designation ofR1/RA. This lot has had long term and consistent use with the golf course and it makes sense
that its many employees would need permanent wash facilities on site. The zoning of R1 alsofits seamlessly into the neighborhood character should the owners choose one day to build
(employee) housing or additional offices on part of the property given that manufacturedhomes, single homes, and duplexes are scattered throughout adjacent neighborhoods.
Additionally, low density on the wildland/urban interface along Bozeman Creek is also logicalgiven the active and expected continual use of the creek corridor for bears, moose, and deer.
