I wrote a guest column for the Bozeman Daily Chronicle that was very skeptical about the
usage of TIF in our community. Please also read that as my full public

In short, I think the wrong economic classes are by and large benefiting from TIF, and it
encourages the so-called municipal "growth Ponzi scheme" (see

Please change this pattern. Instead help existing neighborhoods build stronger communities
that retain economic diversity without sacrificing our tax base.
