My name is Mary, an urban planner with Barefoot Land Co. We're evaluating a few sites in Bozeman, MT
for a potential Class A self-storage facility and would appreciate your guidance on the following parcels:
06-0798-01-2-01-09-0000 - DURSTON RD
Project Overview:
We’re proposing a modern, well-landscaped, climate-controlled facility with on-site management and 24/7
security. Self-storage is a low-impact use that can meet local demand, generate tax revenue, and
enhance the area visually.
Requests:
1. Could you please share the future land use map for these parcels?
2. How does self-storage align with the future land use plan for this area?
3. Could you provide us with a link to the city’s comprehensive plan and any sub-area plans that
would apply?
