Greetings Commissioners,
A large disconnect now exists between the AHO and the 90 feet by right building height in
B-3. Furthermore, The additional height will likely significantly degrade the sense of place
that makes Bozeman so attractive in the first place. It also will take affordable housing funds
off of the table and over stress parking and quality of life aspects. Please put a stay on the
increase to 90 feet by right and have a proper public discussion about this complex issue in the
proper context.
