Dear Commission,
The attached Petition to Pause City of Bozeman UDC Enactment of B3 90 Foot Height
Allowance was created late January 12th and submitted in-person at the Tuesday January 13th
City Commission meeting. In less than 24 hours, this petition has 125 signatures of Bozeman
residents. I am submitting a copy of the petition and signatures for the public record and to ask
that the City Commission please discuss and address this issue at their next meeting on
January 27th.
