This is a continuation of a Commission work session
started on October 21, 2025.
The intent of this work session is to gain
Commission approval on scope of improvements
prior to Final Design.

•60’ right-of-way
•5’-6’ sidewalks with minimal boulevard
•No bicycle facility
•13 driveways and 5 alley/street intersections
•Limited street parking on north (14 spaces) and
south (25 spaces) curbs
•2-hr and 2am-7am restrictions
•Pavement Condition Index between 59-73
Traffic Data
•8200 vehicles per day
•LOS C at all intersections (16-24 sec. delay)
•10 reported crashes between 2019-2023
•Weekday parking utilization up to 80% during
class, under 50% off-peak
