I encourage the City of Bozeman's Mayor and City Commission to prioritize the implementation of the CEDAW that
was adopted in April, 2022. Having been the victim of long-standing pay discrimination, I believe it is essential that
Equal Pay and Comparable Worth measures be implemented during the next biennium. Pay transparency is critical
to alleviating unethical pay discrimination! Women's and Community Safety continue to be a critical issue in our
state government as shown by the problems of sexual harassment at the Montana PSC. I want our City to take
discrimination against women seriously - no more lip service. It's time for implementation! Thank you.
