I’m writing to express extreme disappointment in the Commission’s preliminary
decision to allow buildings in Zone B-3 to be 90 feet (+ if cash in lieu is paid!). This
seems inappropriate for Bozeman; please rephrase the language to allow B3 zoned
buildings to be no more than 70 feet in height.
