Dear Commissioners,
Please reconsider the 90 foot building height for the downtown B-3 district.
A 70 feet limits does a little bit less to destroy our glorious views, and helps to needlessly avoid us becoming a
downtown of cold, concrete towers.
I’ve been here for over 40 years, and did a few commercial building projects myself. For the life of me, I don’t
understand why you folks, who otherwise seem to have the best of intentions, are so willing to cave to the out of
state corporations that pushed this.
If you want to keep the 90 feet, please have the courage to write an op ed defending your position.
