I'm writing as a resident of Bozeman to urge you not to increase building heights in our
historic city center (B3 zones) as part of a UDC update.
I strongly disagree with the Bozeman's City Commission 4-1 vote to increase the maximum
building height in B-3 zoned areas of the city from 70 feet to 90 feet. Thanks to
Jennifer Madgic for voting against it. We do not need yet another opportunity for
developers to keep building expensive hotels and housing our town. We already don'thave enough parking and that will change the face of our historic city center
drastically. Why aren't you protecting our historic city center?
