Develop strategies that ensure sustainability and growth for advocacy programs. Lead administrative systems that keep our team effective and focused on impact. Work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to align financial decisions with our mission. What We’re Looking For: CPA or equivalent experience in nonprofit finance and administration. A passion for social justice and disability rights. Strong skills in financial planning, reporting, and organizational systems. A collaborative leader who values transparency and accountability.
