WHEREAS no publicutilitiesarelocatedwithintheeasementstobe releasedand thevacationofthesaid
easementswillnotadverselyimpacttheGrantor'sorthePublicutilitycompaniesinterests.
WHEREFORE,theGrantordoes herebyreleaseand reconveytoMontana StateUniversity-Bozeman,those
portionsoftheutilityeasementslocatedon theabove describedrealpropertyassetforthon theExhibitattached
heretotogetherwithany right,title,orinterestthattheGrantormay have insaidutilityeasementsassetforthon
