NOW,THEREFORE,a mutual accesseasement for a common driveway and for ingressand egressishereby establishedas shown and dimensioned on the attachedEXHIBIT A,which by thisreferenceismade a partof thisdocument. THAT each subsequent owner and theirheirsand assignsshallhold the otherpartyharmless from any liabilityresultingfrom the use of the mutual accessfor ingressand egressto their respectiveproperties. THAT the mutual access easement shall remain free and clear at all times from all encumbrances. The Owners have executedthismutual accesseasement and agreement on theday and year first writtenabove.
