Principal Meridian, Gallatin County, Montana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Tract A of Osborne Subdivision, Plat H-47, being the Point of Beginning; thence S.0°58'20"E. a distance of 100.03 feet along the west line of Story
Mill Road right-of-way to the Northeast Corner of Tract B of Osborne Subdivision; thence S.87°40'20"W. a distance of 478.82 feet along the north line of said Tract B to the east line
of Bridger Creek Subdivision Phase 1; thence N.34°11'50"W. a distance of 117.75 feet along said east line to the south line of Boylan Road right-of-way; thence N.87°40'20"E. a distance
of 543.36 feet along said south right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.173 acres more or less.
