WERE PROVIDED BY OTHERS. REFER TO THE APPROPRIATE ARCHITECTURAL AND MEP
DRAWINGS FOR DETAILS. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN THE MOST
CURRENT APPROVED ARCHITECTURAL/MEP DRAWINGS AND COORDINATE BUILDING
LOCATIONS AND UTILITY CONNECTIONS WITH THESE CIVIL DRAWINGS PRIOR TO BEGINNING
CONSTRUCTION.
3.NOTIFY ENGINEER IF FIELD CONDITIONS DIFFER FROM WHAT IS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS.
4.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY OF BOZEMAN TO INITIATE THE PROCESS OF
UTILITY WORK.
5.CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING AND VERIFYING DEPTH OF ALL EXISTING
UTILITIES PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
6.CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE THAT MINIMUM CLEARANCE AT ALL UTILITY CROSSINGS IS
PROVIDED PER CITY OF BOZEMAN STANDARDS.
7.ALL UTILITIES AND APPURTENANCES SHALL BE INSTALLED PER MANUFACTURER, MDT, OR
CITY OF BOZEMAN STANDARDS, DETAILS, AND SPECIFICATIONS.
