Dear Midtown Resident,
As an interested party in the Midtown neighborhood, we would like to invite you to a public community
meeting to present our development plan for the Northern Residences - a mixed-use multifamily project at
the corner of N. 7th Avenue and W. Mendenhall Street. The purpose of the meeting is to gain
neighborhood feedback for the development and the use of Type A incentives to create affordable
housing. The meeting will include a brief presentation of the project, followed by a Q and A session.

as it relates to Affordable Housing: For affordable housing
developments in the B-2M district, two additional stories of height
Sustainability Features: Energy Star appliances, low flow fixtures,
solar, EV charging, rain collection for irrigation use, balcony &
rooftop landscaping, sidewalk plantings, natural and local design
materials, Type 1 construction using recycled metal studs/decking
& reduced material waste
3,600 SF ground-level commercial space
75 structured parking spaces
Minimum of 8% of apartments will be deed-restricted at a limit of
80% AMI, located throughout the building
