Project: The Northern
Dear Mario,
The project is moving forward with the available CILWR rebate of approximately
20% for residential units with high-efficiency fixtures (toilets, washers, and shower
heads) meeting the City Water Conservation Division standards. The plumbing
plans will reflect the 1.5gpm shower heads and 1.28gpf water closets within the
fixture schedule. Refer to the included pdf with the water demand calculator for
the building.
