Cheers! Mary On Tue, Dec 16, 2025 at 9:40 AM Addi Jadin <AJadin@bozeman.net> wrote: Mary, Of course! I should have given more detail in that memo. The workshop format is roundtables and poster session meant to be interactive, to give as many people a chance to participate as possible. There will be no presentation from staff or consultants to record. By noticing the meeting on the agenda, the Park Board members can attend. The public workshop on Thursday evening is one of several opportunities for thepublic to give comment. It is being held Thursday after Urban Parks and Forestry Board out of convenience, but there will be 2 more evening workshops in January and a virtual workshop at noon on January 6. Additionally, there is a public survey out right now posted at the project website(engage.Bozeman.net/bikefill). Once January workshop dates are final the details will be available there. Call to Order - 6:00 PM I have read the notice for the Urban Parks and Forestry Meeting to be held Thursday, Dec. 18 this week, andam interested to hear about the plans for the Bikefill project. Unfortunately, I saw in the PDF link to the Bikefill project, that this part of the meeting would NOT be recorded. Bikefill Community Bike Park Visioning Workshop(Jadin). I am not sure why this would be, and am saddened by this. I doubt that I can make it to this meeting, but I am interested in hearing more about the project. Can this be recorded so that I mightwatch after the meeting?Thank you so much for reconsidering this!
