Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. David, Nick, and Diane, I am writing as a 20 year resident of Bozeman to object to the Fowler housing project and the Fowler Ave. Connector project. The proposed projects is trying to put far too large of a project into a tiny plot of land, and disregards the sideline that will be displaced if the project goes through. Some of the issues with the project are: 1. Lack of land 2. Lack of road infrastructure that will lead to increased traffic on Oak, and will cause cut through traffic in existing residential neighborhoods. 3. Lack of parking which will lead to additional street parking in existing residential neighborhoods. 4. Loss of wildlife habitat and views. This project will displace wildlife that use the land of the proposed project, and will take even more green space away from Bozeman. People myself included never wanted to live in a Bozeman that was overcrowded with tightly packed housing and no green space within town. If anything the land should be opened up as a park, and at most a connecting road built between Oak and Durston to help alleviate some of the traffic through a residential road (New Holland). Please listen to the citizens on this project. There are already enough housing project going on without the need to cram an additional one in every small green area of Bozeman. Best, Jarrett Voiles
