Dear Cunningham, Morrison, Madgic, Fischer and Bode,
I am writing to ask that you do not increase the height in B3-C or B3 to 90 feet. This is the
perfect moment to leverage the AHO. If we want any affordable units in the downtown core,they are going to need to be required. No one is going to give them to the community. Vital
cities have an income mix among residents and that won't happen if the developers are grantedthat height by right. You are the stewards of this moment and we appreciate the time you have
given to the UDC and our suggestions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
