Dear Commissioners,
The character of Bozeman is changing SO FAST. We obviously need to create housing
opportunities for those wishing to move here, but PLEASE keep the traditional Bozeman
personality in the old residential districts by not raising the new construction height limits to
90 feet. There is plenty of space surrounding Bozeman to put up those types of units, if that is
what people want to live in, BUT once the taller/imposing structures are inserted into
downtown/residential areas, the charm will be lost forever!
DON'T RAISE THE HEIGHT LIMIT TO 90 FEET!
