Dear Commissioners,
I highly recommend keeping the UDC as it is, with Centennial and Bon-Ton RA and the height at 70 feet.
The last ditch effort of anti-community developers that only benefits themselves is ludicrous to even consider,
especially, for example, in light of Matt Pained rampage at a Community development meeting six weeks ago. Also,
his reported verbal attack on a bike rider for a mile on the Galligator trail supports evidence of his ill character. He
obviously is easily unhinged and exhibits anything but unified, respectful, community behavior.
I wholly believe it is best to leave the UDC as it has been proposed after two years of thoughtful, hard work by the
City of Bozeman and its residents.
