Greetings Commissioners,
I might be missing something here, but wouldn't reversion to 70–90 feet height limits in B-3
take away a significant "incentive tool" in the affordable housing ordinance you worked sohard to pass and then revise?
Changing it in B-3C would certainly degrade the downtown look and feel and sense of place
that drew many of us to invest in Bozeman.
