Dear Commissioners, I am writing this to voice my opposition to increasing the allowable building heights from the reduced 70' back to 90' in fact I believe we should reduce the 70' back to 60'within the historic downtown core. Whatever the height and other code restrictions are the out of state money and developers will be pushing the limits of any and all restrictions tomaximize their profit without any regard for the future of Bozeman. It is quite apparent that the ugly new big box buildings of mostly higher-end supply is cateringmore to the wealthy part time resident and has not done much for the lower- and middle- income residents. The outside developers need Bozeman much more than Bozeman needs them. You have the power and responsibility to steer Bozeman's future development in a betterdirection. Thank You James KlabundeBozeman Resident
