Thank you so much! Glad it was just an oversight to leave it out of the memo.

Hello Alison,
I can confirm that the map was changed to the prior B-3 location in accordance with Commission’s
direction on 12/2. While it was inadvertently left out of the cover memo, the adoption of the
ordinance references the map, so the change will be implemented accordingly. Tomorrow night’s
(brief) presentation will include a list of all the amendments from 12/2, including this one.
Thank you for asking!
Erin

Hello City Commission and City Staff,
I was looking through the list of UDC amendments adopted by the City Commission on
December 2nd. The map changes are listed at the end of the document. I noticed thechange to the B-3 zone between S. Tracy and S. Black is not listed. If I recall correctly, I
believe the commission gave direction to put the line between B-3 and R-2 back to itsprevious location, in a decision to NOT upzone the church property and 3 small homes on
the north side of E. Curtiss.
I looked at the updated zoning map, and the B-3 is indeed shown back at its previousposition, but wondered why this amendment was not listed in the document.
Just hoping for confirmation that the B-3 line is indeed moved back, and that the church and
3 small homes will NOT be zoned B-3, since it's not listed in the document.
Thank you,
Alison B. Sweeney
