City Commission,
You have been elected by the residents of Bozeman, not the developers who want to pave it
over and shroud it in shadow. It is inconceivable to me that anything more than a smallminority of developers and YIMBY zealots would advocate for making 90 foot heights in B-3
a by-right option. If there are to be 90 foot towers in Bozeman, let's at least capture most ofthe value of the extra 20 feet for affordable housing. No more developer give-aways and no
more prioritizing developers and lavishly funded (by developers and the real estate racket)national YIMBY organizations.
