Hi Matt and Chuck,
I just noticed today that the alley behind my house (427 North Tracy) was recently graded. Iam attaching pictures of the very rocky road mix that was pushed into the edge of the
perennials along my garden. I understand that some of this is actually city right of way, so Imay not have standing to make a complaint. However, can I make an appeal that the workers
who plow this alley not push the rocks into the areas I have planted? The other side of thealley did not receive any of this rocky mess. Once I noticed this, I went out with my rake and
swept the rocks back onto the alleyway. I hope this is not a problem for the city. Thank you for your service, your consideration, and for discussing this with your employees.
