To whom it may concern:
There are plenty of spaces to develop in Gallatin County. Houses can be built on side hills; even on mountains.
There’s no need to cut mature trees. Nor should we be building on the floodplain of a river. It makes no sense.
What do rivers do? They flood; when this happens home owners will be asking for money to repair the water
damage.
Let’s build these houses somewhere else.
