To All Bozeman Commioners,
I applaud most of your recommendations in the draft UDC. Thank you for hearing and
working with residents concerns regarding in-fill, building height, Greek life etc.
The draft calls for a height limit of 70 feet in zone B-3. There is an action call by developers toincrease the height to 90 feet. Please keep the height of new builds in B-3 at 70 ft and require
those seeking more height (no more than 90ft) to provide affordable housing units within thedevelopment.
This requirement asks developers to consider our community. A request Bozeman should beable to ask of those wishing to build here.
Hold the height at 70.Thank you.
