City Commission, Please don't cave in to people who stand to profit from 90 feet in B-3! Keep
the height at 70, and only grant the extra height if they use the AHO. We need affordablehousing and we need money for affordable housing. Don't cave in at the last minute... literally
the last minute! Look at all the new high-density in the B-3. Is any of it affordable? No. TheAHO is the only way we'll get affordability in the B-3. Thanks,
