Dear City Commission,
Please don't change the B-3 code amendments made on December 2, 2025. Keep the height at
70 feet, do not extend to 90 feet, and only grant the extra height if developers use the AHO.We need affordable housing and we need monetary funds for affordable housing. All of the
new high-density in the B-3 is not affordable? The AHO is the only way we'll get affordabilityin the B-3.
Thanks for honoring the decision made on December 2 to keep the development height in B-3 at
70 feet.
