Commissioners, I do hope you watched the TED talk about demolishing housing in a tight
market. Of course going higher, to 90 feet, incentivises demolition. With more luxury unitsto be gained, scrape the older building! It's what Patrick Condon talked about and he is a
density guy. Bozeman has a number of apartment buildings that are affordable now but willnot be affordable after demolition and all-new construction. Going to 90 feet will make
