City Commission,
Please don't cave in to people who stand to profit from 90 feet in B-3! Keep the height at 70,
and only grant the extra height if they use the AHO. We need affordable housing and we needmoney for affordable housing. Look at all the new high-density in the B-3. Is any of it
affordable? No. The AHO is the only way we'll get affordability in the B-3.
Additionally, the adoption of the revised UDC should be put to a vote by the community andnot solely approved by the city commission. This document will affect the future of our
community development and neighborhood integrity for years to come. The five people onthe city commission should not be allowed to control this decision.
