City Commission,
I am writing to you to voice my disapproval for the action item on Tuesday to increase the
max height for B-3 zoning from 70' to 90'. As a citizen of Bozeman I do not want to see newbuildings exceeding the 70' limit.
These large buildings are creating shaded canyons in the B-3 areas. Currently there is a
surplus of rental units, we don't need more developers adding to this surplus. The request forthis action item is for pure profit to the developer and not to the benefit of the downtown
community.
