City Commission,
Writing, once again, to plead that you honor the wishes of the constituents of this city and not the wishes of
developers, namely Matt Paine. Please don't cave in to people who stand to profit from 90 feet in B-3! Keep the
height at 70, and only grant the extra height if they use the AHO. We need affordable housing and we need money
for affordable housing. Don't cave in at the last minute... literally the last minute! Show some backbone and
possibly a spine and don’t allow this to happen!
Look at all the new high-density in the B-3. Is any of it affordable? No! None! Zilch! How many are VRBO and
Airbnb?!?! Doing a search last night, there are several!!!! Is that why we need highrises, to provide second homes
and vacation rentals!?!
AHO is the only way we'll get affordability in the B-3. Do something right for once and don’t give developers an
additional 20 feet unless they give something back!!!!
Please do better. Bozeman is begging you.
