City Commission,
Please don't cave in to people who stand to profit from 90 feet in B-3! This would be a nod to developers and their
influence.
If a developer requests to build taller than 70ft., please use the AHO to leverage this.
We need affordable housing and we need money for affordable housing. This would be an avenue to do both. The
developers should not be the only ones who benefit from their development. They are creating spaces for their
customer/tenant and affordability in the downtown core is important.
Look at all the new high-density in the B-3. Is any of it affordable? No. The AHO is the only way we'll get
affordability in the B-3.
